The purpose of 0quest is to help you in your quest to get to inbox-0! The site will start with basic stats about the inbox (what gets measured gets managed!) then layer on helpful gamification features to see what can help get people on their quest to inbox-0. It also has the side-effect as being a good playground for me to experiment with new gamification mechanics that I might incorporate into Duolingo.
